Adopting the new stage name “The Dirty Deacon Denzel” and leading “The Dirty Chuch Band,” Rogers continues to evolve, showcasing his exceptional talent and passion for the blues.

Chicago guitarist and vocalist Jamiah Rogers presented twelve tracks on Chicago Cowboy: South Side Stories, his first full-length album for Delmark Records. The release was made available digitally, on CD, and on LP.
Rogers handled vocals and guitars, supported by Isaiah “Zay” Horne on bass and Tyvon “Tank” Rice on drums. Larry Williams played bass on “Comin’ For Mine,” while Amyna Love appeared on “I Know You Gotta Go.”
Most of the material was written by Rogers. The album also included two blues bonus tracks, “Leave My Little Girl Alone” and “Tell Me What I Say.” Several songs had already appeared as singles, including the title track, “Mojo Man,” and “Comin’ For Mine.”
