Willie Buck, born Willie Crawford on November 26, 1937, in Houston, Mississippi, is a celebrated blues singer and a cornerstone of Chicago’s blues legacy. In 1953, as a teenager, he moved to Chicago and quickly immersed himself in the city’s vibrant blues scene. Deeply influenced by Muddy Waters, Buck became a prominent figure on the South Side, captivating audiences with his authentic sound and performances.
Over six decades later, Willie Buck has cemented his reputation as an internationally acclaimed performer and recording artist. Known for his devotion to traditional Chicago blues, he has released several albums, including collaborations with Delmark Records, and toured globally in countries like Brazil, Argentina, and Finland. $15 General Admission is a relaxed, free-flowing late-night blues set where artists stretch out, special guests musicians often sit in.Entry begins at 10:30-11 PM. Shared-table and bar seating are available as space permits.

Doors open at 8 PM: To secure guaranteed seating, guests should arrive between 8 PM and 9 PM. Guests arriving after 9 PM will be guaranteed entry, but seating will be based on availability. Seating: Available on a first-come, first-served basis at tables and the bar. Please note that tables are shared.
Seating locations are determined based on special needs, party size, specific requests, and are subject to Rosa's Lounge’s discretion and availability.
